Horse Show Checklist For English Riders

1. Helmet
2. Hair Ties
1. *Pony Riders. Hair Bows
3. Hair Nets
4. Crop
5. Spurs & Spur Straps
6. Tall Boots
7. Boot polish and rags
8. Leather Cleaner
9. Paddock or tennis shoes for when not showing
10. Boot Socks – One pair per day
11. Show Shirts – Appropriate for your division- At least one per day
1. *Pony Riders and Kids - Oversized Tee 
12. Breeches – One clean pair per day.  
1. * Jumper Rider -White Breeches - Two pairs if you have them 
2. *Pony Riders - 1 pair of jods per day with black elastic straps. Take extra straps if you have them
3. *Pony Riders – Garters
13. Hunt Coat/ Shad Belly
14. Stock tie and Pin if you are wearing a Shad belly
15. Raincoat
16. Sun Hat or Baseball Cap
17. Sunscreen
18. Insect Repellant
19. Hand Sanitizer
20. Facial wipes
21. Facial Mask
22. Safety Pins & Small sewing Kit

For Horse - Excluding your tack. 

1. Shampoo
2. Mane and Tail Conditioner
3. Show Sheen
4. Wound Treatment / ointment
5. Hoof Oil
6. Fly Spay
7. White chalk for gray and paint horses (covers the green)
8. Brushes - as needed
9. Hoof Picks
10. Rags and Sponges
11. Show Pads
12. Pillow Wraps/ Standing Wraps - at least two sets
13. Polo Wraps (to cover standing wraps at least two sets)
14. Leg protection boots
1. *Small grooming box that can be carried from stall to area. 
15. For your grooming box you will need:

17. Show Sheen
18. Hoof Pick
19. Finishing brushes for horse
20. Boot polish
21. Rags 
22. Cooling Sheet
23. Fly Mask and Fly Sheet (as needed)
