Return Policy

EquoWare accepts unused, unwashed (or dry-cleaned), unworn and undamaged merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 10 days from the shipping date. Original tags must be on products. Discounted Items are not returnable.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, returns are sometimes taking up to 14 days to process.  Thank you for your patience.

All items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and original packaging, including branded boxes, garment bags and dust bags. 

Special orders and footwear are not returnable without prior approval
